Event Details 

​

 

Attire - Semi-formal - an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo.

 

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

• Doors open at the KofC entrance

• Sign-in with the volunteers

• Raffle to win a Rossi RS22 rifle donated by Anthony Kearns Guns - $10 per entry

• Digital photos will be taken and sent to your email for a - $10 donation

• Find a seat. If you bought a table, seats will be reserved

• Grab a beer or wine from the cash bar  (alternatively, tea, coffee, lemonade and water will be available at no charge) and enjoy some hors d'oeuvres (see below)

• Music, and 50/50 card deck games will be ongoing during this time

7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

• Tables will begin to go in order through the buffet line

• A dessert table will be provided

• Gala Ticket holder cash and prize winners will be announced

• Music will play throughout

 

8:15 p.m. - 9 p.m.

• Announce winner of RS22 (gun raffle)

• Auction led by Keelan McLeish of McLeish Auctions, will begin featuring:

• 2 Spring Bird Hunts from E&L Gamebirds LLC (pdf link)

• 4 different, unique knives custom made by Jeff Williams, donated by Ken & Cindy Pottmeyer 

• "Spoil the Lady in Your Life" Spa Package donated by You Unlimited, B&W Pharmacy & Wainwright’s Fine Jewelry

• Cryo Sculpture session (3 in total) donated by Tina Henniger with Peace, Love, Beautiful

• 1 Saturday Night Stay ‘Out Back of Waterford’, cabin setting, 4-6 guests with catered dinner and more! (pdf link) donated by Wainwright’s Fine Jewelry & Big Food, Little Kitchen​
